Philip Hazard

I graduated from the State University of New York at Oneonta with a BS in History in 2013. I received my MA in History from the University of Central Missouri in 2017. My master’s thesis is entitled The Coup of 18 Fructidor: Corruption, Treachery, and Revolution. For my dissertation, I will continue to look at espionage and politics under the French Directory.
